You’ll also revisit the intentions you set earlier in the year — not to judge yourself, but to honestly release what no longer aligns.
This experience creates space in your home, your mind, and your life so growth can happen naturally.
🌞 AUGUST — SUMMER RELEASE
Theme: Re-centering for the second half of the year
By August, most people are carrying quiet disappointment about what didn’t happen.
This Release is designed to help you:
• release guilt around unfinished goals
• let go of pressure from the first half of the year
• soften after overextension
• consciously choose what deserves energy moving forward
Rather than pushing harder, this Release invites you to re-center — emotionally, relationally, and energetically — before the fall season begins.

Theme: Closure, celebration, and preparation
The Annual Release Ceremony is a sacred close to the year.
This experience guides you through:

• preparing your spirit for the year ahead
This is a ceremony — a moment to pause, reflect, and intentionally step into the next season unburdened.
